Wolverines fall to Bobcats at Stiefel Park

The Wolverines Soccer team just like tennis today played another Beaver County team on the season, as the Beaver Bobcats came to town at Stiefel Park. Unfortunately, the result was similar as Ellwood City lost to the Bobcats 12-0.

Ellwood City Soccer now falls to 0-3-0 on the season. Soccer, just like tennis for the Wolverines, primarily play in a Beaver County section (Class 2A Section 4) that includes powerhouse Quaker Valley, Beaver, Hopewell, Riverside, and even farther south Avonworth.

The Wolverines next match is slated for next Tuesday (09/13) at Avonworth. Start time is slated for 3:30 PM. ECS will have updates at the conclusion of the match.
