Ellwood City Wolverines Fall Media Day
Over 200 student-athletes will be participating in Fall Sports for the Wolverines during the 2022-2023 school year. Today, those athletes were able to get pictures taken and talk a little bit with Ellwood City Sports’ Thad “The Dad” and Brad.
Fall sports for the Wolverines this year include: Cross Country (Co-Ed), Football, Golf (Co-Ed), Soccer (Co-Ed), Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Cheerleaders, and the Lincoln High School Marching Blue Band.
Seniors were also recognized as well throughout the day during individual photos and the annual Fall Senior group photo. All team photos can be viewed below.
Fall Sports Media Day comes the week before school starts for the Ellwood City Area School District, while also most of the seasonal sports making their debut next week. Ellwood City Sports will have more previews of each sport posted later on the next couple of days.
The next big event for the Wolverines is tomorrow, 10:00 AM @ Laurel HS as the Football team will begin their 2022 campaign in a scrimmage against the Spartans (No Live Stream). ECS will have photos and some insight on the upcoming season later on as well.
